Client: Any individual or legal entity placing an order.

Order: The request sent by the Client to RACHITA S.R.L. for the manufacture and delivery of products.

Contract: The agreement between the Seller and the Client, concluded upon acceptance of the order.

3.3. Order confirmation and advance payment

5. DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION

Delivery may be carried out by our company or through a partner carrier. RACHITA S.R.L. is not responsible for delays caused by courier or transport companies.

6. WARRANTY AND RETURNS

6.1. Product warranty

Products painted by RACHITA S.R.L. are covered by a 10-year warranty, as long as they are used under normal conditions The warranty does not cover damage caused by external factors, improper use, or inadequate maintenance.

6.2. Product returns

As the products are custom-made, they cannot be returned, except in cases of manufacturing defects. In such cases, the Client must notify RACHITA S.R.L. within [number] days from receiving the product.

7. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES

RACHITA S.R.L. cannot be held responsible for delays or failure to deliver caused by force majeure (natural disasters, strikes, government-imposed restrictions, etc.).
