Work process
01 Pregătirea lemnului stratificat
Lemn stratificat, certificat PEFC și FSC, gata pentru producție.
02 Realizarea schiței ferestrei
Schița ferestrei este realizată în programul german Klaess, pe baza dimensiunilor, specificațiilor și pozelor primite de la client.
03 Tăierea lemnului la CNC
Informațiile generate în Klaess sunt încărcate într-un CNC Homag, tot de origine germană.După tăiere, piesele de lemn sunt fixate pe masă folosind clești automați, iar apoi sunt frezate 100% automat.
04 Asamblarea pieselor de lemn
După frezare, piesele sunt lipite cu dibluri și aracet într-o presă specială pentru ferestre.
05 Aplicarea impregnantului
Următorul pas este șlefuirea elementelor cu granulație P120, urmată de șlefuirea cu granulație P150. După această etapă, se aplică un impregnant cu ajutorul unui sistem de finisaj, iar elementele sunt lăsate să se usuce timp de 24 de ore într-o încăpere specială cu ventilator activ.
06 Aplicarea grundului
După uscarea impregnantului, elementele de fereastră sunt șlefuite din nou cu granulație P180, urmată de aplicarea grundului, folosind același sistem de finisaj. Acestea sunt uscate timp de 4 ore în încăperea de uscare.
07 Aplicarea capetelor cu silicon
Grundul uscat este șlefuit cu granulație de P240, apoi se aplică un silicon special pe capetele fibrei, care necesită 24 de ore pentru uscare.
08 Vopsirea finală
După uscarea completă, elementele sunt curățate cu atenție cu o cârpă uscată și suflate cu aer sub presiune. Apoi se aplică două straturi de vopsea, cu un interval de 4 ore între ele. După fiecare strat, piesele sunt puse în încăperea de uscare.
09 Montajul final
Ultimul pas constă în montarea feroneriei, a sticlei, a șipcilor și garniturilor, precum și aplicarea siliconului între sticlă și cadrul ferestrei.

Making the window sketch
The sketch of the window is made in the German program Klaess, based on the dimensions, specifications and photos received from the customer.

Cutting the wood with CNC
The information generated in Klaess is uploaded to a German-made Homag CNC machine. After cutting, the wooden parts are secured on the table with automatic clamps and then milled with 100% automation.

Assembling the wooden parts
After milling, the parts are joined with dowels and wood glue in a special press designed for windows.

Applying the impregnating agent
The next step is sanding the elements with P120 grit, followed by P150 grit. After sanding, an impregnating agent is applied using a finishing system, and the elements are left to dry for 4 hours in a special room with an active ventilation system.

Applying the primer
After the impregnant has dried, the primer is applied, which requires a drying time of 4 hours in a controlled environment dedicated to this process.

Applying silicone heads
The dry primer is sanded with P240 grit, then a special silicone is applied to the ends of the fiber, which takes 24 hours to dry.

Final painting
After complete drying, the final coat of varnish is applied to the optimum thickness. The elements are then carefully cleaned with a dry cloth and blown with pressurized air. The process continues with the application of two coats of paint, 4 hours apart. After each coat, the components are moved to the drying room to provide a uniform, quality finish.

Final assembly
The last step involves installing the hardware, gaskets, glass, glazing beads, and applying silicone between the glass and the window frame.
