FEELING THE NATURE

01 Initial assessment and preliminary measurements

The first stage consisted of an assessment visit by a German accountant and a German architect, who analyzed our production capacity and the quality of workmanship.

Our team then traveled to Berlin to take precise measurements of a window in the building. A window made by a German company already existed on the facade of the building, but its quality was below our standards.

02 Product adaptation and improvement

We made the first window respecting the original old design of the building, but it was rejected because the top and the teardrop were too modern in design.

To accommodate the architect’s requirements, we made modifications to the CNC and Klaess milling and software so that we could replicate exactly the requested architectural style. The second window was made and installed, but the architect found that the glass area was smaller than the original window. Thus, it was determined that a third version was needed, with adjustments in width and length.

03 Adapting and improving the product
